Version number can be found in the main menu, bottom left-ish.

Follow the instruction described here. If it doesn't help, proceed with submitting the ticket.

  1. Paste %localappdata%\REDEngine\ReportQueue\ into the Windows Explorer path. 
  2. Find the folder with the latest date modified. Open it.
  3. Select stacktrace.txt and provide it in the attachment.
