If it looks like you got charged but didn't get your items (check first in the menu 'Open Goodies' in the in-game Shop), or if you got charged multiple times, please use the "Contact us" button below. Make sure to provide a proof of purchase (e.g. a screenshot of the receipt or confirmation email) and a timestamp.
Please note that purchases made through Steam are not refundable.
You may request a refund for Steam Wallet funds within fourteen days of purchase if they were purchased on Steam and if you have not used any of those funds.
