[Brazil] I'm getting Error Code 11 when trying to make a purchase on Steam / I'm unable to purchase in-game content

Due to ECA Digital legislation in Brazil, some content for GWENT will no longer be available in the region.
As a result:
- In-game microtransactions will no longer be available on Steam.
- Randomized paid content will be delisted from GOG.
- Randomized paid content will be delisted from Android and iOS storefronts.
