We've confirmed an issue where some online rewards, including Twitch Drops and Bilibili Drops, may not appear in-game in certain scenarios. If you can see the items under "CD PROJEKT RED Account" in the main menu, they were correctly granted and you will be able to collect them once the issue is addressed in a patch.
