I can’t find my saves after updating the game to Remastered

If you don't see your previous save files after updating to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Remastered on consoles, you can restore access to them using Cross Progression.
If you previously used Cross Progression:
- Log in to the same CD PROJEKT RED Account that you used for Cross Progression previously.
- If you used Cross Progression before CD PROJEKT RED Accounts were introduced, log in to the CD PROJEKT RED Account associated with the same email address you used for your GOG account at the time.
If you haven't used Cross Progression and still have access to the game on a previous console:
- Enable Cross Progression on your previous console and upload your save. Then log in to the same CD PROJEKT RED Account on your current console to access the save.

If you haven't used Cross Progression and no longer have access to the game on your previous console:
- Unfortunately, we can’t assist with retrieving your saves.
