Provide the save file where the issue occurred.
Save folder location: %userprofile%\Documents\The Witcher 3\gamesaves (press Windows key + S and paste the path into the search bar).
Each save consists of a .sav file and a .png file with the same name. Compress the relevant files into a .zip or .rar.
