I want to report a visual issue

Before reporting any visual issues, try clearing console's cache:

  1. Power down your console. Do not enter Rest Mode.
  2. Wait for the lights on your PlayStation to turn off completely and unplug the power cable.
  3. Wait minimum 2 minutes.
  4. Plug the power cable back into PlayStation and turn the console on.

Next, launch the game and load an earlier save created before the issue occurred.
