Ensure that you meet the requirements for the trophy in question, you may check that with resources that can be found online.
If you met the requirements and the trophy didn't pop up, try clearing the cache of your PlayStation:
1. Power down your console. Do not enter Rest Mode.
2. Wait for the lights on your PlayStation to turn off completely and unplug the power cable.
3. Wait minimum 2 minutes.
4. Plug the power cable back into PlayStation and turn the console on.
If the trophy wasn't granted after relaunching the game, try loading an older save file and complete the requirements once again. If you're playing from discs, make sure that you applied the Day 0 Update.
If this didn't help and you would like to report a bug for investigation, contact us below.
Note, we are unable to grant trophies on our end, so if you'd like the trophy unlocked, consider contacting PlayStation Support on that matter.
Please note that the fast travel dataterms and vehicles added in Phantom Liberty don't count towards "Frequent Flyer" and "Autojock" trophies.
