I am unable to complete/progress in a quest

Clear your console's cache:

1. Turn off PlayStation 4. Do not enter Rest Mode.
2. Once the indicator light on top of your PlayStation 4 is off and has stopped blinking, unplug the power cable from the back of the console.
3. Wait minimum 30 seconds.
4. Plug the power cable back into PlayStation 4, turn the console on and see if the issue still occurs.

Once it's done, try loading save file created before encountering the issue.
