Game doesn't load, error states DLCs are missing

  1. If you have any mods installed, remove them.
  2. Once it's done, go to The Witcher 3 (Steam/GOG/Epic Games Store) installation folder and remove the DLC folder.
  3. After that, verify integrity of the game cache as described here.
