I am unable to complete/progress in a quest

Clear your console's cache:

  1. Select System Settings in HOME menu
  2. Choose System > Formatting Options > Reset Cache
  3. Select the user for which you want to clear cache and follow the instructions
  4. Restart the console and start the game


Once it's done, try loading save file created before encountering the issue.
