Performance troubleshooting for Xbox One

If you experience crashes, black screens, or performance problems while playing the game on Xbox One, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
1. Restart your console.
2. Power cycle your console:
- Press and hold the Xbox button for about 10 seconds to shut down your console.
- Unplug the power cable and wait 10 seconds.
- Plug in the power cable.
- Press the Xbox button to turn on your system.
