I am unable to complete/ progress in a quest

During some quests another quest activates which needs to be completed first in order to progress. Make sure that you don't have another quest in your journal related to the quest that you have an issue with.

If you are unable to progress in the game, try the solutions below.

1. Clear your console's cache:

- Power down your Xbox console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for at least 10 seconds.
- Unplug the power cable
- Wait for two minutes
- Plug the power cable back and turn the console on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or on your controller.

2. Launch the game and load a save file created before encountering the issue.

If none of the above helps, report the issue to us providing the quest's name.
