I am unable to complete/progress in a quest

  1. Some quests require completing other quests first in order to progress. Make sure that you don't have another quest in your journal related to the quest that you have an issue with.
  2. Clear your console's cache:
    • Power down your console. Do not enter Rest Mode.
    • Wait for the lights on your PlayStation to turn off completely and unplug the power cable.
    • Wait minimum 2 minutes.
    • Plug the power cable back into PlayStation and turn the console on.
  3. Launch the game and load a save file created before encountering the issue.
