I am experiencing issues with Crafting/Upgrading

The version number can be found in the top right corner of the main menu after starting the game. 1.63 and below: Version Number can be found in the main menu, bottom left-ish.

Provide the save file where the issue occurred. 
Save files can be found in the following location: ~/Library/Application Support/CD Projekt Red/Cyberpunk 2077/Saves
Make sure to provide all three files nested in the folder.
A save file folder has a metadata.9.json, sav.dat, and a screenshot.png file. Compress the relevant files into a .zip or .rar.

To save System Information, hold the Option/Alt button, click on the Apple menu, select "System Information..." and go to "File" → "Save/Save As...".
