If you now are playing GOTY/Complete Edition of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and previously played the regular version, note that the save files on consoles are not compatible between these two game versions (GOTY vs regular version) as within console systems these are separate products.

The local save files on consoles are not compatible between the base version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and GOTY/Complete Edition. Your console will consider them two separate products. In case you want to pick up where you left off in the base version, you can use Cross Progression.
