Trophy wasn't credited when requirements were met

Please ensure that you meet the requirements for the trophy in question, you may check that with resources that can be found online. If you met the requirements and the trophy didn't pop up:

Please try clearing the cache of PlayStation:

1. Turn off PlayStation. Do not enter Rest Mode.
2. Once the indicator light on top of your PlayStation is off and has stopped blinking, unplug the power cable from the back of the console.
3. Wait minimum 30 seconds.
4. Plug the power cable back into PlayStation, turn the console on and see if the issue still occurs.

This will perform a hard reset of the system. Afterwards, if the achievement wasn't granted automatically after launching the game, please try to trigger the achievement once again (you may need to load a gamesave from before completing the objectives).
