Complete Edition
Both the 16 free DLCs as well as Expansions (Hearts of Stone & Blood and Wine) are included in the physical and digital editions of the game. Everything is included on the physical game card.

If you have the base game, you can download the 16 free DLCs and purchase the Expansions (Hearts of Stone & Blood and Wine) from the Nintendo eShop.
