Achievement wasn't credited when requirements were met

If you completed requirements for a given achievement and it wasn't credited please send us the following:
1) The exact name of the English name of the achievement.
2) Specify the action done that should trigger the achievement's completion.
2) Date and time (+timezone) when you completed the requirements.
