If you noticed the match you played ended unexpectedly and it was not due to e.g. a regular Internet disconnection, please provide us with as many details as possible.
- Was there any specific action or card interaction you or your opponent made just before the disconnection?
- Was there any error message? If so, what did it say?
- Are you able to reproduce the issue? If so, please provide us with the steps to reproduce it.
- Please provide us also with the timestamp for the match (date, time +timezone). If you recall the opponent's name please also provide us with that information.
