Auto-milling of spare cards

Spare cards from the collection are automatically milled directly after entering the Deck Builder.
"Spare cards" are those exceeding the number usable in a deck and for transmutations. Standard and Premium cards are treated separately.
Examples of cards not counting as spare:
Bronze:
- 2 x Standard + 2 x Premium
- 4 x Standard + 0 x Premium
- 3 x Standard + 1 x Premium
Gold:
- 1 x Standard + 1 x Premium
- 2 x Standard + 0 x Premium
When checking which cards you have note that the Premium cards filter is set by default to "Premium Priority". Changing it to "All" should allow you to see the Standard Cards you have.
