Achievement wasn't completed

- Make sure you have met the requirements to unlock the achievement.
- Make sure you are online and that your console is connected to Xbox Live. Note, if you go online or connect to Xbox Live after completing the requirements, it may take up to 72 hours for the synchronisation to take place.
- Try clearing the cache of your Xbox console:
- Power down your Xbox console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for at least 10 seconds.
- Unplug the power cable
- Wait for two minutes
- Plug the power cable back and turn the console on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or on your controller.
- If the achievement wasn't granted after relaunching the game, try loading an older save file and complete the requirements once again.
- If you're playing from discs, make sure that you applied the Day 0 Update.
Please note that the fast travel dataterms and vehicles added in Phantom Liberty don't count towards Frequent Flyer and Autojock achievements.
