Twitch Drops - Rewards not received despite being claimed on Twitch

In order to receive the rewards in the game, make sure to claim all drops inside your Twitch Inventory while being logged into a GOG account on which you own Cyberpunk 2077 and Phantom Liberty.
Note that if you do not own Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, the rewards can still be claimed but will only appear in the game after you purchase the expansion.
If you still haven't received the rewards despite claiming them on Twitch, make sure that you have the correct GOG account linked.
Go to this page, press on the "Link accounts" button and follow the on-screen instructions to link the account once again. Once linked and claimed, the items should appear in V’s stash.
Important: If you had the wrong account linked while claiming rewards, we can't move or manually grant those rewards to a different account.
