I am unable to complete/progress in a quest

Clear your console's cache:

  1. Select System Settings (☼ icon) in HOME menu.
  2. Choose System from the menu to the left → Formatting Options → Clear Cache.
  3. Select the user for which you want to clear cache and follow the instructions.
  4. Restart the console and start the game.

Once it's done, try loading a save file created before encountering the issue.
