I am unable to complete/progress in a quest

During some quests another quest activates which needs to be completed first in order to progress. Make sure that you don't have another quest in your journal related to the quest that you have an issue with.

If you are unable to progress in the game, verify the integrity of the game cache (available only on Steam, GOG and Epic Games Store) and load a save file created before encountering the issue.

Attach your save files. If it is possible, provide us with two save files: before the issue occurred and after.

  • Make sure to provide all the files in the given save folder. You can compress the save file folder (e.g. to .zip).

Save files are located here: ~/Library/Application Support/CD Projekt Red/Cyberpunk 2077/Saves

Note, these details may be crucial in resolving your issue.
