2. Make sure also that your iOS version is updated to the newest version, here's how.
3. Shut down other apps running in the background, this article explains how to do it.
4. Restart your device.
5. Try reinstalling the game. Note that by doing that, you will lose your locally stored high score.
Do I need to be online to play the game?
You can play Roach Race while offline. However, your high score will be then stored only locally and won’t be registered on the online leaderboards either on Android or iOS, even if you go online later.
Empty leaderboard / Leaderboard doesn’t update
The leaderboard uses native platform solutions (Play Games for Android and Game Center for iOS), so you need to be online to be able to see it properly.
If the leaderboard is empty or it doesn’t update, please check your internet connection. Change Wi-Fi connection to cellular, or the other way around (if you use Wi-Fi make sure nothing is interfering with the stability of your connection, e.g. downloads/uploads, streams, other users).
Is it possible to stretch the game to play full-screen?
Stretching the game isn’t possible, as taller devices would have a competitive advantage having much more time to react to spawning obstacles. We decided to keep the same size across all devices to keep the competition fair and square!
